In 2015, the UK government launched the £40M Discover England Fund, managed by VisitEngland to develop world-class bookable tourism product in England. During the programme, the fragmentation of the tourism distribution landscape became increasingly clear, so VisitEngland set about finding a solution. The solution became TXGB.
With VisitEngland’s tourism expertise, and strategic partners Rainmaker and V3, TXGB will bridge the gap between the ever-growing range of England tourism products and the complex distribution network, by linking suppliers and distributors in a way that works well for everyone, including the consumer.
