Visit Maidstone is part of Maidstone’s Economic Strategy, which recognises the visitor economy as a major contributor to local revenues and employment.
By 2031, the Strategy aims to create 14,000 new jobs in tourism in Maidstone, while promoting the town centre, River Medway and major local landmarks such as Leeds Castle as a destination for day trips and overnight stays.
